Olympus Tough TG-610 test photos : The Olympus Tough digital cameras are known for their robustness. In January of this year, Olympus expanded their Tough-series of digital cameras with a pair of new camera models. You can shoot anywhere with the Olympus Tough TG-610, whether on land or water. The Olympus TG-610 digital camera is not only waterproof up to a depth of 5 meters, but also shock resistant up to a height of 1.5 meters. If you were to drop your digital camera, nothing would go wrong. The robust Olympus TG-610 also keeps working in freezing temperatures, up to tot -10 ˚C. Despite these specifications, the nearly indestructible Olympus TG-610 is also easy on the eyes and available in four different colors.

Ilse Jurriën : 2011-05-26 21:30:00
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX77 test photos : Shortly after the CES Show in January of this year, Panasonic introduced four high-end compact digital cameras, including the stylish Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX77, also known as the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX78. The new Panasonic DMC-FX77 camera is added to Panasonic’s line of ultra-compact cameras and is especially eye-catching due to the large 3.5" touchscreen. The back of the Panasonic camera is completely filled by the Smart Touch LCD screen, making buttons a thing of the past. Important camera functions can be placed on the LCD display, and focusing is done by simply selecting a main focal point on the screen, making photography a cinch. The Panasonic FX77 is available in several different colors.

Olympus XZ-1 review

Mark Peters : 2011-02-23 00:30:00
Olympus XZ-1 Photo Gallery : At the Photokina 2010 Olympus showed us an early camera prototype, and of today it has become available too; the Olympus XZ-1 compact camera. An amazing bright, and new developed, iZUIKO lens gives you great brightness across the focal range and combined with the powerful TruePic V processor and extra large 1/1.63-inch CCD sensor, the Olympus XZ-1 becomes a remarkable advanced compact camera. A digital camera for the fan of image quality. The Olympus XZ-1 camera has to face a strong competition, for sure, and is looking for the creative hand of a serious photographer that fits it. The professional, however, will appreciate the Olympus XZ-1 too. Especially its compact camera design is striking!

Olympus E5 review

Dennis Hissink : 2011-02-06 21:40:00
Olympus E5 review : In the summer of 2003 Olympus launched the world’s first Four Thirds system camera, the E-1. It was a daring move, completely against the grain, but that made it so unique. It was the beginning of a new segment within the DSLR market. This beginning was anything but easy and it took a mere four years before a successor came, which was the E-3. In the meantime, new Four Thirds cameras were introduced by Olympus, but they were aimed at the amateur. The most recent ‘professional’ model is the Olympus E-5.
