Casio Exilim EX-H20G review

Ilse Jurriën : 2011-05-28 20:00:00
Casio Exilim EX-H20G test photos : Last year, during the Photokina, a new Exilim Hi-Zoom camera was introduced. The Casio Exilim EX-H20G is a compact digital camera with a powerful zoom lens. The hybrid GPS system sets the Casio EX-H20G apart. The camera combines GPS with automatic positioning. The system is able to determine the position of the user, and shows this on geographic maps that are saved onto the internal memory; this is the so-called geotagging of photos. Up until now, it was only possible to determine your location when you were outdoors, but the Casio Exilim EX-H20G digital camera can now also do this indoors.

Olympus XZ-1 review

Mark Peters : 2011-02-23 00:30:00
Olympus XZ-1 Photo Gallery : At the Photokina 2010 Olympus showed us an early camera prototype, and of today it has become available too; the Olympus XZ-1 compact camera. An amazing bright, and new developed, iZUIKO lens gives you great brightness across the focal range and combined with the powerful TruePic V processor and extra large 1/1.63-inch CCD sensor, the Olympus XZ-1 becomes a remarkable advanced compact camera. A digital camera for the fan of image quality. The Olympus XZ-1 camera has to face a strong competition, for sure, and is looking for the creative hand of a serious photographer that fits it. The professional, however, will appreciate the Olympus XZ-1 too. Especially its compact camera design is striking!

Olympus E5 review

Dennis Hissink : 2011-02-06 21:40:00
Olympus E5 review : In the summer of 2003 Olympus launched the world’s first Four Thirds system camera, the E-1. It was a daring move, completely against the grain, but that made it so unique. It was the beginning of a new segment within the DSLR market. This beginning was anything but easy and it took a mere four years before a successor came, which was the E-3. In the meantime, new Four Thirds cameras were introduced by Olympus, but they were aimed at the amateur. The most recent ‘professional’ model is the Olympus E-5.

Sony SLT-A55 review

Dennis Hissink : 2011-01-04 09:50:00
Sony Alpha 55 reflex camera review : Sony presence on the digital SLR market is remarkable. It is remarkable because of its stormy conquest of market shares with a small assortment of DSLR cameras and just as much of a loss of market shares due to the lack of a true evolution in the succeeding models. This peak and decline is followed by a very successful entry to the so-called system camera market with the Sony NEX 5 and NEX 3 cameras. This was a bit of a chaotic beginning, but now promises a lot of potential.
