Panasonic HX-WA10 Dual Camera : Panasonic announces a new Dual Camera, the Panasonic HX-WA10, which has an easy-to-hold vertical design, making it easy and seamless to shoot full-High Definition videos (1920 x 1080) or photos - without having to switch between the two settings as there are separate video/photo capture buttons. The new Panasonic HX-WA10 is waterproof down to approximately 10 feet making it extremely versatile, and includes Panasonic’s Backside Illumination (BSI) technology, which allows for optimal shooting in dimly-lit conditions. The new Panasonic Dual Camera HX-WA10 will be available in June 2011 in the following color options: black, orange, blue. Pricing will be announced approximately 30 days prior to shipping.

The new Panasonic Dual Camera model HX-DC1 records video in the MPEG-4 AVC file format (MP4), which is convenient for uploading images to the Internet or editing on a computer. Beyond the full-HD video capabilities, the Panasonic DC1 also offer 14-megapixel still photos - resulting in high-quality images.


Olympic Games 2012 use Panasonic HD Camcorder

Olympic Games use Panasonic DVCPRO HD Camcorder : Panasonic Corporation, the Official Worldwide Olympic Partner in the Audio and Visual Equipment category for the London 2012 Olympic Games, announces that Panasonic's DVCPRO HD will be the official recording format for capturing the London 2012 Olympic Games. Olympic Broadcasting Services London (OBSL), the Host Broadcaster, will also use the P2 HD series with solid-state memory cards for video recording equipment including P2 HD Camcorder AJ-HPX3100 and P2 Portable Recorder AG-HPD24 to support the broadcast of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Panasonic Full HD 3D camcorders : Panasonic introduced three new Full HD camcorders to its 2011 camcorder line, the Pansonic HDC-TM900, HDC-HS900 and Panasonic HDC-SD800. The new full-HD camcorders from Panasonic feature 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution with 1080/60p recording detailed videos, and can also shoot 3D videos when used with Panasonic’s optional 3D Conversion Lens (Panasonic VW-CLT1). Incorporating Panasonic’s 3MOS system - an advanced technology used in professional equipment - the new Panasonic camcorders record bright, low-noise videos, even in low lighting. Other features include a manual ring (Panasonic TM900 / HS900) for increased creativity, a 20x zoom and an 3.5” touchscreen LCD on the Panasonic TM900 and HS900.

Panasonic VIERA Tablet prototypes : Panasonic has developed a new smart terminal called the Panasonic VIERA Tablet to enable easy access to a variety of cloud services in conjunction with the Panasonic VIERA digital televisions. The Panasonic VIERA Tablet, which will be put in the global market within this year, marks Panasonic’s first step toward cloud-based services including video streaming and e-books.
