LG Optimus LTE Smartphone with True HD IPS display : Having earlier this year introduced 3D without glasses on the LG Optimus 3D smartphone and the 700-nit super bright NOVA display on the LG Optimus Black smartphone, LG Mobile raised the ante with a new breakthrough in the form of “True HD IPS” display. LG True HD IPS display made its world debut on the new LG Optimus LTE Smartphone in Seoul, Korea, where both the LG smartphone and display set a new standard for best-in-class resolution on a 4G connected smartphones.

Sony DEV binoculars can record HD video and features 3D : Sony introduced the world’s first digital binoculars that are able to record in AVCHD 2.0 video format. The new Sony DEV binoculars are perfect for nature / bird watching, the binoculars from Sony can record Full HD video with stereo sound at the touch of a button, and even add a 3D mode that records scenes as stereoscopic video footage for playback on most 3D HD-TVs. The new Sony DEV-3 and DEV-5 digital binoculars will be available in November 2011. The Sony DEV-3 binocular carries a retail price of $1400 USD and the Sony DEV-5 binocular is priced at $2000 USD.

Samsung Replenish UL certified mobile phone : UL Environment announces that it is releasing a new set of sustainability requirements, UL ISR 110, the first edition of a collaborative effort to develop a sustainability standard for mobile phones. UL ISR 110 is the first set of requirements specifically drafted for use in evaluating mobile phones to identify those phones having the least environmental impact. Samsung is the first company to have a mobile phone that has earned certification to the requirements for their Samsung Replenish mobile phone. The Samsung Replenish mobile phone has attained a Platinum certification, indicating that the Sasmung Replenish mobile phone have achieved the highest level of environmental performance.
