Olympus lens review

Dennis Hissink : 2010-08-08 19:37:00
Olympus Zuiko Digital 14-150mm lens review : The new Olympus M Zuiko Digital 14-150mm F4-5.6 has a total range of 10.7x zoom (28-300 mm equiv. 35mm camera) and falls under the category all-round zoom lenses. It is a handy lens to combine with one of the Olympus PEN system cameras. There are currently four lenses available in the Olympus Micro Four Thirds Standard System, but there are undoubtedly more being planned. We thoroughly tested the Olympus PEN E-PL1, equipped with a Olympus Zuiko Digital 14-150mm lens. Our test conclusions are based on practice combined with technical tests that are performed in the DIWA lab that is managed by Kai Thon, test manager of DIWA Awards.

Olympus ZUIKO lens review

Dennis Hissink : 2010-05-26 10:00:00
Olympus ZUIKO 9-18mm wide angle lens review : The great thing about Micro Four Thirds System lenses is that the dimensions can be made so impressively compact. Just take the new Olympus m. ZUIKO Digital ED 9-18mm f/4-5.6 wide angle lens. In combination with one of the PEN cameras, this is an ideal lens for making shots in the middle of the action, or to capture dramatic landscapes. The Olympus 9-18mm zoom lens is a lens that you would like to have with you as a photographer. There is some competition in the form of the Panasonic 7-14mm f/4.0, but the difference in format is clear. The focusing of the Olympus ZUIKO ED 9-18mm f/4-5.6 lens happens internally and is experienced as fast.
