Canon IXUS 95 IS gallery : An extremely nice camera of the IXUS line is the Canon Digital IXUS 95 IS. It is a very compact-sized camera that also has Canon's advanced image stabilization system onboard. The camera’s 10 Megapixels are more than enough to print large-sized pictures. The Canon IXUS 95 IS camera comes in various colors and is a really beautiful accessory, also thanks to its stunning design, to take along with you at all times. If you choose not to, it certainly won't be because of the format, while the camera is flat and no larger than an average compact mobile phone. The 3x optical zoom and Canon's optical Image Stabilizer including the new and enhanced user interface will ensure all-round digital photo-taking fun.

Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TZ7 digital camera review : As a successor to the successful LUMIX DMC-TZ5, the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TZ was launched. It is quite striking to see that the competitors have allowed Panasonic to continue expanding the success of the compact format megazoom camera for such a long time. Why its rivals did not respond for so long remains unknown, however, Panasonic certainly reaped the rewards! The new Panasonic LUMIX TZ7 has not changed much when it comes to the concept. The largest change is found on the lens. • Read our full Panasonic TZ7 review.

Nikon D5000 digital SLR camera review : For some time, rumor has been floating around that a Nikon digital SLR camera is about to be introduced. The general expectation that Nikon would come with a new DSLR during the last PMA 2009 show in Las Vegas, did not come true. It also seems that the PMA show is no longer considered to be the time of camera introductions. This certainly goes for Nikon, with their very specific introduction rate and timing. In this case, we have already moved into April, the month in which Nikon shows its new D-SLR. The new Nikon D5000 is a digital reflex camera, targeting the hobby or enthusiast amateur photographer. Availability of the Nikon D5000 DSLR camera is expected in May 2009.

Canon SX200 IS test photos : Just before the PMA 2009 kicked off, Canon introduced its version of a compact Megazoom camera. Although Canon did have various Megazoom cameras in their assortment, these were cameras with a relatively bigger size. Panasonic was the successful leader in this field. The lack of response to the Panasonic TZ series, which has already been a success for years now, surprised us highly. Now, Canon sets out to call a halt to Panasonic's leading position; lonely at the top, with the launch of the new Canon PowerShot SX200 IS. The Canon SX200 IS is a 12.1 Megapixel camera with a 12x optical zoom lens on board, providing a range of 28-336mm. This combination is supported by Canon's optical image stabilization.

Canon A2100 IS test photos : Among the new series of digital cameras introduced by Canon just before the start of the PMA, is the new Canon PowerShot A2100 IS. The Canon A2100 IS replaces the A2000 and features a 6x optical zoom. In addition, this camera is equipped with a powerful DIGIC-4 processor which carries out complex image editing techniques. The PowerShot A-series has been on the market for quite a number of generations now, and has proven quite successful indeed. The Canon A2100 IS has an appealing price/quality ratio, and the beginning photographer will obtain a full camera that is able to take a good quality picture with the least of effort put into it. Canon's Optical Image Stabilizer technology prevents motion blur.

Casio Exilim EX-FH20 review : If there is one corporation that can be considered a pioneer of the digital camera, it is Casio. The company is famous worldwide and yes, still active in the field of watches and calculators. The launch of the Casio QV10 digital camera in 1996 was the beginning of Casio's career as a camera manufacturer. Twelve years later, Casio is still very active in the camera market and although their market share shrunk significantly due to the presence of the traditional camera manufacturers, Casio is still alive and kicking. • Read our full Casio EX-FH20 review.

Nikon D5000 sample photo gallery : A few days ago, we received a full production Nikon D5000 digital SLR camera. We took the first sample pictures and started working on a full Nikon D5000 SLR review. The Nikon D5000 is Nikon's latest digital SLR camera targeting the hobby and amateur photographer. This camera finds itself in between the Nikon D60 and D90 DSLR. It features the latest innovative techniques from both; the D90 and the professional Nikon D3 as well. The 12 Megapixel resolution is excellent for high quality prints and a standard ISO range of 200 - 3200 (expandable to 100 and 64000 ISO) provides shooting in various circumstances. Additionally the Nikon D5000 is able to capture High Definition video clips.

Olympus SP-590 UZ photo gallery : Olympus started the year bubbling with enthusiasm. In the first few weeks of January, a whole new range of compact cameras was introduced, among which is the new Olympus Megazoom: the Olympus SP-590 UZ. The Olympus Ultra Zoom cameras have been around for a few generations now, and there is always another striking feature justifying the launch of a new camera. The large zoom range is the most outstanding feature on the new Olympus SP-590. It's a lens with no less than 26x zoom, equivalent to a range of 26-676 mm. This is unsurpassed and a new record for optical zoom range. This type of range is one of the main features of a Megazoom camera. The segment is under pressure when it comes to sales prices.
