Delay of Leica DSLR camera : Leica's official statement about the delay of the Leica S2 SLR camera does raise some questions as far as we're concerned. According to the spokesperson of Leica UK, the unexpectedly high demand for the Leica S2 DSLR and the processes involved explain the delay. However; we cannot imagine that such an exotic digital SLR with such an excessive retail price, will have given the professional photographers the confidence to randomly order the Leica S2, especially considering the fact that practical results and a technical test are yet to be published.
