Kodak 3D camera

Mark Peters : 2009-11-04 10:56:11
Kodak EasyShare 3D digital camera : Insiders know well that it has been rumbling in the digital camera industry for the past few years. If we look back to the year 2001, we can count at least 30+ manufacturers that were actively developing digital cameras. Eight years later we can only count 19 camera manufacturers that are barely active. These are not only the B-brands, but also renowned camera brands such as Eastman Kodak Company has had setbacks, and are not outstanding camera manufacturers anymore. Recently Eastman Kodak Company presented figures which show that the camera-giant from the past has sold almost 50% less in the third quarter of the same period last year.

Kodak to launch a Micro Four Thirds camera? : As the end of the year approaches fast, we sneak in a quick look at the year 2010. According to the tradition, the Consumer Electronics Show starts off the year with the introduction of several new digital cameras and camcorder. Kodak seems to be one of the manufacturers wanting to use this period to launch an entirely new type of Kodak EasyShare camera system. It is a known fact that Kodak belongs to the Four Thirds organization, but whether we can actually expect a Kodak Micro Four Thirds camera, remains to be seen. It would certainly surprise the camera industry highly. Besides, only Panasonic and Olympus are officially active members of the Micro Four Thirds organization.
