Apple Aperture X Software to be announced? : If you’ve recently searched Amazon.com for a book about Apple's Aperture, you may have come across a title that is not yet available. The book, called; Apple Aperture X, explains everything about the yet-to-exist Apple software and has a release date of 26 May 2010. This could indicate the possible availability of Aperture X around this date. The fact that the book features an 'Under NDA' message, could implicate that the software is actually in the pipeline. The authors of the book about Aperture X are Ken McMahon and Nik Rawlinson. Both writers are known from previously published software books such as Apple Aperture 2 and Paint Shop Pro.

New iPhone operating software

Apple iPhone operating software version 3.0 : Apple previewed its iPhone OS 3.0 software and announced the availability of a beta software release to registered developers. The iPhone beta software release includes an updated Software Development Kit with over 1000 new Application Programming Interfaces including In-App Purchases; Peer-to-Peer connections; an app interface for accessories; access to the Apple iPod music library; a new Maps API and Push Notifications. “The new iPhone operating software is a major software release packed with new features and innovations for iPhone customers and developers alike. It will keep us years ahead of the competition,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Product Marketing.
