Sony PS3 review

Ralf Jurrien : 2007-07-09 02:11:00
Sony PS3 review : For a while now, there has been a true hype around the Sony console. Of course caused by Sony, but also by the consumer himself. And honestly I have to admit that it is not just nonsense. We are speaking of a very high-class device for which very large investments have been made. The Sony PS3 is not only a game console, but can be considered as a high-tech media center! Those who grew up in the time of the Sinclair, Atari and Commodore gaming consoles, or those who entered the gaming world solo or online with their PC, but who chose digital photography as a ‘serious and responsible’ hobby, will reminisce, with melancholy, about last March 23rd 2007 when the Sony PS3 was introduced officially in Europe.

Ralf Jurrien : 2007-05-13 21:45:00
Sony ultra high speed CMOS image sensor : Sony announced a high-speed / high-resolution CMOS sensor that can output 6.4-megapixel images at 60 frames-per-second. This sensor can also capture 6.4-megapixel high-resolution still images while recording video without interrupting the video recording. This sensor allows seemless imaging of both stills and video without the user needing to be aware of the boundary. This same sensor also supports even higher-speed capture - 300 frames-per-second - allowing users to capture moving images without missing any of the decisive moments that were previously impossible to capture. The IMX017CQE includes many of its peripheral circuits, including the horizontal and vertical drive circuits.
