Sony professional digital photo printers : Sony Electronics is expanding its line-up of professional digital photo printers with the introduction of enhanced models at the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International show. Sony's printer offerings range from quick retail solutions for passport photos and on-demand photo greeting cards to streamline solutions designed to eliminate reliance on commercial and professional labs. The lineup is highlighted by the new UP-GR700 digital photo printer, Sony's latest on-site solution for professional studio, portrait, wedding and event photographers. To protect professionally created images, photos are watermarked with the words "Professional Photos are Protected by Copyright" on the back.

Sony SnapLab digital photofinishing system : With digital photo kiosks gaining popularity, Sony is showing the SnapLab digital photofinishing system here at the opening of the WPPI show. Billed as an "on-location photo lab", the SnapLab system provides quick, premium quality digital prints, all in an easy-to-use tabletop unit. Equipped with a user-friendly 8-inch (viewable area measured diagonally), 640 x 480 dot resolution LCD touch screen, which is larger than traditional consumer digital photo printers, the new system is suited for both commercial and at-home use. The SnapLab digital photofinishing system is now available at authorized resellers nationwide with a suggested list price of $1,995.

Sony DPP-FP70 photo printer : Sony is debuting a lightweight photo printer with built-in carrying handles and the ability to print pictures in less than a minute. The Sony DPP-FP70 PictureStation photo printer also offer extensive editing capabilities with a one-button print process and simple set-up for operation virtually anywhere. “Our new personal printer brings the photo lab to you, whether you’re out at a party or in the comfort of your home” said Kelly Davis, Sony Electronics’ senior product manager for PictureStation. “Digital cameras have brought picture-taking into our daily lives and our PictureStation photo printers are designed to complement the camera’s ability to capture and share memories in the moment.”
