Mitsubishi mobile showroom : A number of Mitsubishi retailers across the country will host the local debut of Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America’s rolling showroom as it takes to the road this month. The first appearance for the 53-foot big rig trailer is September 21-23 in El Paso, Texas. The rig nearly doubles in width to 24 feet to create a 1000-square-foot showroom filled with the latest high-definition DLP and flat panel televisions. Thousands of people are expected to tour the mobile showroom as it travels through Texas, California, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Arizona. On display will be more than a dozen HDTVs, including Mitsubishi’s SuperSlim LCD flat panel and large screen HDTVs.

Memory card machine helps Madame Tussauds : The magic of Madame Tussauds wax museums is in the eye of the beholder. Thanks to Memory Card Machine and its Your Picture Postcard kiosk, Madame Tussauds visitors can take home brilliant photos with these iconic wax figures, or mail them via postcard to friends and family. Recently, Memory Card Machine decided to switch the printer portion of its Your Picture Postcard kiosks to the CP-9550DW photo printer from Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America’s Photo Imaging Division. According to Mike Maida, founder and principal, Memory Card Machine, the switch couldn’t have been easier, and the print capabilities of the Mitsubishi CP-9550DW have significantly reduced print times for customers.

Mitsubishi Trade-In Trade-Up program : Mitsubishi Digital Electronics, announced an agreement between its Imaging Products Division and Market Velocity, which offers Mitsubishi customers the Trade-In, Trade-Up program. Under this new program, Mitsubishi customers are able to trade in an older model digital photo printer and receive a rebate toward the purchase of a new Mitsubishi digital photo printer. “We are very pleased to provide this new rebate program through Market Velocity,” said Margie Chiaramonte, marketing manager, Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America’s Imaging Products Division. “This new program allows our customers and to upgrade their existing photo printers in a cost-effective and environmentally sound manner.”
