Microsoft Digital Photography Research : Microsoft researchers showcase graphics and interactive innovations at SIGGRAPH 2007 that will make it easier for everyday users to edit digital photos and produce professional-quality reconstructed photographic images. Sometimes, the old adage that “two negatives yield a positive” goes beyond mathematics and enters another realm. This week, researchers from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Microsoft Research will present how two negatives can indeed equal a positive for digital photographers at SIGGRAPH 2007, the Association for Computing Machinery’s 34th annual international conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques.
