Lexar JumpDrive 360

Lexar JumpDrive 360 : Lexar Media, Inc., a world leader in advanced digital media technologies, will exhibit its broad lineup of JumpDrive USB flash drives at CES 2007, including both new and upgraded models. Most notably, the company is introducing JumpDrive 360, an innovative “capless” drive encased in a stylish rotating metal jacket. In addition, the company is demonstrating its JumpDrive Mercury with PowerToGo software and showcasing its new 8GB JumpDrive Secure II and JumpDrive Firefly drives. All Lexar JumpDrive products will be compatible with Windows Vista, and all the company’s speed-rated drives will be enhanced for Windows ReadyBoost. Lexar will demonstrate the JumpDrive 260 USB flash drive at the 2007 International CES.

Fujifilm support xD Picture Card and Secure Digital : Fujifilm Corporation is pleased to announce that three new Fujifilm FinePix digital compact camera models announced today (Fujifilm FinePix A610, FinePix A800, and FinePix F40fd) will feature a newly developed card slot that will accept both xD and Secure Digital flash memory cards in the same slot. Fujifilm is offering digital compact cameras with a media slot that is xD Picture Card and Secure Digital flash memory card compatible to provide a greater choice and flexibility to consumers who purchase Fujifilm digital cameras. Samsung mobile 1GB DRAM

Samsung mobile 1GB DRAM : Samsung announced that it has developed the industry's first one gigabit (Gb) Mobile DRAM (dynamic random access memory) for mobile products, using 80nm process technology. The new chip, also known as low-power DDR (double data rate) or synchronous DRAM, will be more cost effective than other high density mobile solutions and used for a wide range of advanced handset applications as well as for digital still cameras, portable media players and portable gaming products. The monolithic 1Gb Mobile DRAM is a highly competitive choice for mobile applications over the double-die stack, 1Gb memory solution widely used today, as the electric current in the new chip drops a full 30 percent.
