Envivio IPTV video headends : Envivio, the leading technology provider of MPEG-4-based IP video convergence solutions from mobile to HD, announced the addition of three IPTV deals representing over 200 channels of live programming. Envivio IPTV video headends, featuring the Broadcast Series of SD and HD MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 encoders, have been delivered to Tier 1 telcos in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The encoders passed a rigorous evaluation and were selected based on their superior picture quality and overall value as well as the company's outstanding customer support and industry expertise. The new video services are expected to reach over half a million subscribers.
