Custom CMOS image sensor portfolio : Cypress Semiconductor Corporation announced that it will host a booth featuring demonstrations highlighting its industry-leading custom CMOS image sensor solutions at the 2007 Exhibition on Sensing via Image Information at the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center in Yokohama, Japan from June 6-8, 2007. Cypress will show a wide array of sensors in booth #119, including the custom sensor designs ranging from very small (1 x 1 mm) to very large (1 sensor on an 200 mm wafer) sensors, Line and area sensors and the updated IBIS5 CMOS image sensor with improved analog-to-digital converter (ADC) performance and a low-cost chip scale packaging option.
