3D plug in for Adobe Photoshop CS3 : Strata, the company adding the power of 3D to the designer's toolset, announced today three new plug-ins for Adobe Systems' Photoshop CS3 Extended software. Each of these 3D[in] plug-ins will be priced at less than $149 and will ship spring of this year. The three plug-ins add 3D model-to-photo matching, Raydiosity rendering, spline and subdivision surface modeling, 3D model construction from photographs, and real-time 3D output for the web and PDF documents. Adobe Photoshop CS3 SpaceNavigator support : 3Dconnexion, a Logitech company, announced that its SpaceNavigator device supports the recently announced Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Photoshop CS3 Extended software editions. Delivering powerful and intuitive 3D navigation and control, the SpaceNavigator device enables creative professionals working with 3D objects in Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended to simultaneously pan, zoom and rotate camera views and 3D objects. In addition to controlling 3D objects in Photoshop CS3 Extended, the SpaceNavigator device pans and zooms traditional 2D images in both Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3.
