FotoTime's pricing is now lower than Kodak, Snapfish, Shutterfly, Wal-Mart and Costco. Unlike other online services, there is no prepaid purchase plan or minimum quantity requirement. FotoTime consumers also can choose between a glossy or matte finish when ordering prints. FotoTime uses the highest quality Fuji Crystal Archive paper available for long-lasting vibrant colors and endurance. "Our corporate commitment is to provide the best value possible to the customer," said Jeff Kelling, FotoTime vice president of technology.

Adobe appoints former Intel executive Ann Lewnes : Adobe Systems Incorporated announced the appointment of Ann Lewnes as senior vice president of corporate marketing and communications. Lewnes previously served as Intel Corporation’s vice president of sales and marketing and director of partner marketing, which included responsibility for the “Intel Inside” program. Lewnes will join Adobe on Nov. 1, 2006 and will oversee Adobe’s corporate positioning, branding and identity, public relations, customer engagement marketing and vertical marketing efforts. She replaces Melissa Dyrdahl who has decided to leave the company to pursue her interest in social entrepreneurism. “Ann has championed one of the top technology brands in the world.”

Kodak elects Edwards and Meuchner as Vice President : Kodak Company announced that its Board of Directors has elected Douglas J. Edwards and Gerard K. Meuchner as Vice Presidents of the company, effective immediately. Douglas Edwards, Ph.D., 45, was named General Manager and Vice President of Prepress Consumables for Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group in April 2005. Previously Edwards worked with Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) as Vice President of Research, Business & Strategy Development. At KPG he commercialized many of Kodak’s market-leading Computer-to-Plate Products. Edwards joined KPG in 1998 from International Paper’s Imaging Products Division, having spent two years with worldwide responsibility for technology and product.

Nokia at CES 2007 : The Consumer Electronics Association announced that Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, president and CEO of Nokia Corp., will deliver an Industry Insider address at the 2007 International CES.
