Fujifilm USA announce New Names : Following previous announcements by parent company, Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd., a number of Fujifilm businesses operating in the United States today announced changes to their company names. As of October 1, Tokyo-based Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. will take on a new holding company structure, launching Fujifilm Holdings Corporation, which will provide strategic management of the entire group, including two newly named operating companies: The name changes have been made to better reflect the company's expansion into business areas beyond photography, while retaining the assets of "Fujifilm," which is an established corporate brand with a global reputation for reliability and high quality products and services.

Catalina color Printers for Safeway Chain : Color is changing everything for Catalina Marketing Corporation, the global leader in behavior-based marketing, as evidenced by the installation of thousands of its new color printers across the entire Safeway grocery store chain over the past several months. Safeway, one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America, piloted Catalina's new Catalina Connections color printers last year and was also one of Catalina's first retail partners to commit to installing the printers across its entire chain. The Safeway installation began in June and will be completed in early September. Safeway was instrumental in helping us pilot and launch the official color printer installation.
