PMA 2006 Silverwire to Acquire Axiom Connection : Silverwire, the global digital imaging application and services leader announced today its acquisition of Axiom Connection., a UK-based company with representation in the USA, Europe and Asia. The acquisition will allow Silverwire to expand its offering of software applications, services and customized solutions in the in the General and Photo Retail space. "We see the need to make self-service solutions 'work harder'," says Sue Allen, Axiom Vice President Sales. "Using our software, on-line network and integration services, retailers can now offer third party products like mobile pre-payment top-ups, iTunes vouchers, content downloads and much more in the store.
