Pentax SLR test drive : Pentax Imaging Company has launched a test drive A Pentax program to introduce consumers to the manufacturer's new K Series digital SLR camera line. From now until December 31, 2006, any customer who visits a participating dealer and test drives a Pentax K Series camera becomes eligible to win the Grand Prize 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. A Pentax test drive consists of visiting a participating retailer and asking for a hands-on demonstration of any Pentax K Series camera or viewing a product video online at the Pentax website. "The DSLR marketplace is extremely competitive, and we want the new Pentax DLSR line to be given the recognition it deserves," said Ned Bunnell, marketing director, Pentax Imaging Company.

The new Pentax sport optics website, is dedicated to helping visitors discover the binocular and scope products that will help get them closer to their favorite subjects in a variety of activities and hobbies. Focused on nature, the city, and the sky, the website is divided into four sections Travel & Events, Birding, Hunting and Astronomy.
