Micro Laser Projection Displays for Mobile Phones : Microvision will be showcasing at the Society of Information Display's conference in San Francisco, several exciting scanned beam display products and concepts including a demonstrator of its miniature projection display, called PicoP. The company will be exhibiting in booth number 214. PicoP, based on the company's Integrated Photonics Module (IPM) display platform, is being designed to be embedded inside portable mobile devices such as cell phones and PDAs to add a "big screen" projection experience to mobile applications. The company expects that its OEM customers may also design the IPM capability into emerging industrial, consumer, automotive and military display products.
