Imetto wide-format printers at Photokina : Following its successful appearance in July at Imaging Expo in Shanghai, Imetto Digital Imaging Technology Co. Ltd. today said the company will make its first-ever appearance at photokina this year, 26 Sept.-1 Oct. in Cologne, Germany. The goal, the company said, is to promote its wide-format digital laser photo printers and recruit distributors for participation in a worldwide sales network. “We’re very excited to be attending our first photokina,” said Kent Chen, Imetto’s Managing Director. “Our presence offers further proof of the growth and strength of Imetto and the acceptance of our photo printers. Imetto laser printer Zetta50 at Photokina : Imetto Digital Imaging Technology Co. Ltd. today said it will display its new Zetta50 Wide-Format Digital Laser Photo Printer, along with its Tera32 Wide-Format Digital Laser Photo Printer, at photokina, 26 Sept.-1 Oct. in Cologne, Germany, in the company’s exhibit booth (Hall 10.1, Stand E030/F039). The Zetta50 is powered by a solid-state RGB laser imager to produce crisp 24- or 32-bit color photos at 300-ppi resolution, the company said. Imetto’s newest printer is a versatile, productive unit that exposes RA4 photographic media up to 50 inches wide and features an “on board” paper processor. Its linear speed is 45cm (18”) a minute and its printing capacity is 35m2 (360sf) an hour.
