Opening keynote at Macworld San Francisco 2007 : IDG World Expo today announced that Steve Jobs, Apple's CEO, will deliver the opening keynote address for Macworld Conference & Expo. Macworld will be held at San Francisco's Moscone Convention Center January 8-12, 2006, and the keynote address will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at Moscone West. "Steve’s keynote is always a great way to kick off the biggest Mac event of the year,” said David Korse, CEO of IDG World Expo. "We’ve added several new features to this year’s event, and we’re working hard to make this the most entertaining and informative Macworld ever."

Macworld Conference & Expo 2006 San Francisco : IDG World Expo today announced the successful completion of Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, held January 9-13, 2006 at the Moscone Center and now in its 22nd year. Next year's Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco will take place January 8-12, 2007 at the Moscone Center. Hundreds of new products were debuted at the event, which featured an exhibit hall filled with over 350 of innovative companies serving the Mac community. During his keynote address, Apple CEO Steve Jobs unveiled the company's first systems to utilize the Intel Core Duo Processor - an improved iMac and the MacBook Pro laptop. Jobs also announced iLife '06 and iWork '06, and the iPod Radio Remote.
