Fujifilm MP-300 photo printer

Ilse Jurriën : 2006-10-03 03:08:00
Fujifilm MP-300 photo printer : Although not officially presented at the Photokina 2006 I was demonstrated a new Fujifilm MP-300 mobile printer. The Fujifilm MP300 printer is a compact portable printer you can take with you anywhere, making it easy for you to print out photos from your digital camera or camera phone. It is PictBridge compatible so you will be able to connect your digital camera or mobile phone via the USB cable to the Fujifilm MP-300. More interesting is the support of high-speed infrared communication. You can send images at high speed directly to the Fujifilm MP-300 from a digital camera or camera phone that supports the high-speed infrared communications standard. Such a digital camera is the new Fujifilm FinePix F31fd which supports high-speed infrared communication.

Fujifilm has several divisions targeting a diverse range of market segments; medical imaging, professional graphic arts, professional and amateur consumer photography, and more. Each of those segments uses innovative techniques to bring high quality solutions to their clients. At the Fujifilm booth there was a demonstration of what can be a result of bringing those innovations from various segments together…

Fujifilm FinePix F31fd

Ilse Jurriën : 2006-09-25 09:00:00
Fujifilm FinePix F31fd : Fuji Photo Film launches the new FinePix F31fd, Fuji’s first pocketable digital camera to feature hardware-based Face Detection technology, which debuted with the introduction of the FinePix S6500fd. Face Detection has great impact on people photography, ensuring the camera automatically focuses on and exposes for faces, rather than details that can confuse other cameras. Coping with up to ten faces in a frame, it ensures photos of friends and family are crisp, clear and perfectly exposed no matter what the occasion. Fujifilm’s Face Detection technology is unique because the technology is built-in to the camera’s processor, enabling it to identify faces, optimise settings and take the photo within just 0.05 seconds.
