Fujifilm mobile imaging : The first company to offer retail printing solutions to wireless carriers three years ago, Fujifilm is using its photo processing technology expertise and extensive retail printing infrastructure to become a key imaging resource for leading carriers, including Sprint Nextel, Cingular Wireless and Alltel. Analysts are estimating that 30 million camera phones will be in operation by the end of 20051, with projections that imaging capability and quality in mobile devices will continue to grow. Fujifilm continues connecting retailers to this burgeoning market and expects that opportunities to capture revenue from these images will increase.
