ATP SD Trio memory card receives CES innovation award : ATP Electronics Inc., announced that its SD TrioTM Professional Plus flash card product was recently selected as the winner of the Innovations 2007 Designs and Engineering Award in the Computer Accessories category. ATP will be showcasing the SD Trio Professional Plus at the CES in Sands Expo Las Vegas. The SD Trio Professional Plus will also be displayed at the Innovations 2007 Showcase booth at the Sands Expo and Convention Center. “When we developed the SD Trio Professional Plus, we wanted to eliminate the consumers’ confusion in purchasing the right memory card format for their phones, cameras and PDAs,” said Michael Plaksin, ATP Vice President of Flash Memory Media Sales.

SanDisk microSD memory cards for Bouygues telecom : SanDisk Corporation announced that French mobile network operator Bouygues Telecom has selected SanDisk’s TrustedFlash technology to enable its customers to download and share music. The announcement was made at Cartes 2006, where SanDisk is demonstrating its products at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. Cartes is the world’s largest trade show for the smart card and identification industries. Starting this winter, Bouygues will offer TrustedFlash cards for three handsets with memory card slots. Using these cards with the Bouygues i-mode service network, subscribers can purchase, download, securely store, play back and share a variety of premium content.
