Ferrani USA agreement with Fuji Photo Film

Ferrani agreement with Fuji Photo Film : Ferrania USA, entered into a binding agreement with Fuji Photo Film. In that agreement Fuji has agreed that the current camera being offered by Ferrania USA, and all cosmetic variations thereof, do not infringe any of Fuji’s patents. Fuji Photo Film thus acknowledges that the product supplied by Ferrania USA, will continue, uninterrupted. “Although there are some other disputed issues remaining between Ferrania, our parts supplier and Fuji, those issues all relate to the past,” said Don Cacciola, Sales & Marketing Director. “These issues have no relevance to the cameras currently being offered by Ferrania or our ability to continue supplying our customers with those products,” says Cacciola.
