Photokina 2006 trends at e-Fotografija: Our good friend and DIWA member Matjaz Intihar from e-Fotografija has published an article about the new trends at the latest Photokina 2006. The latest Photokina showed a massive number of new products, innovations, digital imaging solutions and lots of other interesting devices for the mass consumer market and for the specialized professional market. This year’s Photokina was the largest ever, and one of the most fascinating since Cologne’s first photo fair took place in 1950. One thing is sure; all the systems and technologies have a common digital basis that ensures more transparency for professionals and amateurs, and it provides plenty of room for more creativity.
