Wacom Europe wins ISPA and Innovation Award 2006 : For the first time ever, Wacom Europe has entered the ISPA & Innovation Awards 2006 with its PenPartner2 pen tablet and has won a Runner-up Special Mention (Second Place) in the category “Computer Accessories and Supplies”. The ISPA is the International Stationery Press Association of 26 member magazines. Each year during the Paperworld Exhibition, ISPA awards products in the area of paper, office and school articles. Corel wins VARBusiness magazine award : A year after revamping its channel program to become the most flexible, partner-centric in the software industry, Corel Corporation was bestowed two major honors from VARBusiness, with the magazine giving the Corel Channel Partner Program a 5-Star rating and naming Fiaaz Walji, director of channel sales, to its Top 100 Channel Executives List. "We applaud vendors like Corel for demonstrating best practices and for the leadership roles they have achieved within the IT distribution channel," says VARBusiness Editor Lawrence M. Walsh.
