Icon editing software from Aha Soft : IconLover 4.13 is a comprehensive suite of icon tools with a telling name. Essentially, it’s a full-cycle software package that takes care of anything and everything that has to do with icons and other types of small graphics. Aha-Soft IconLover 4.13 can be used to search PC for icons and cursors. The software is also capable of extracting icons from other applications and libraries. IconLover 4.13 comes with a fully packaged icon editor can be used to create new icons or tweak the existing ones. The editor has a very familiar image-editor interface and a standard set of tools and effects, like drop shadow, opacity, smooth, negative, grayscale, colorize, rotate, roll and mirror.

This graphic editor now supports the TGA format, which allows you to create icons and toolbars for your Personal Digital Assistants. Icon Lover is armed with a variety of flexible tools, and is able to turn the interface into colors. Icons processing tools, which are standard for Icon Lover, include color picker, eraser, color replacer, pencil, paintbrush, flood fill, airbrush, line, curved line, arc, text insertion, rectangle, ellipse, etc. Functionality of a modern icon editor implies that it is certain to support components as layers, channels, image transparency control and the like.
