PicScout applies sophisticated web crawling and image recognition technology to find copyright infringements in print and websites and is capable of detecting images even if they have been altered or distorted.

MP3 players & digital cameras popular under teens : According to a study released today by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), portable MP3 players rank as the most wanted gift among teens this holiday season. Seventeen percent of teenagers in the study selected the device as a desired gift, a 9 percent increase over 2003. Video game consoles, computers, portable gaming devices and cell phones rounded out the top five on teens' technology wish lists. "With portable music players in high demand and the next generation of video game consoles set to launch, teens are clear about what they want this holiday season," said Sean Wargo, CEA's director of industry analysis.

This technology allows you to customize DVDs with photos, text and graphics, replacing traditional sticker and marker labeling. Labelflash allows a consumer to burn pictures and/or write titles on the label side of the DVD discs specially developed for the Labelflash system with DVD writers with Labelflash function. There is no need for printers. You only needs to turn the disc upside down and insert it into the drive again after recording data.

Ink cartridges infringement successful for Epson : In on-going activities to protect its intellectual property rights, Seiko Epson Corporation ("Epson") recently filed patent infringement proceedings in the English High Court against CybaHouse Limited to stop the importation from China, and supply within the UK, of certain Epson compatible printer cartridges (IM JET brand). Epson has now agreed to settle the case out of Court, based on undertakings from CybaHouse, their sister company Nutronic Limited and their directors that they will cease trading in the Epson compatible cartridges. The settlement terms also include the payment by CybaHouse Limited of Epson’s legal costs plus an undisclosed sum in respect of damages.

Due to the enormous growth we have recently invested in a new Dell Enterprise Class Server, which will be capable of handling endless connections and gives you the ability to browse our pages even faster than before. Equipped with a Quad Intel Xeon processing unit with 16 Gigabyte of memory on board, this server will grand streamless access all over the world. Due to our new server expansion, we have to move our entire server park from Telecity to our own private cabinet in Redbus Interhouse Datacenter located in Amsterdam. The migration will be taken care of by hosting company Dark-Network, the Netherlands.
