Fujifilm estimates prints growth with 50% in 2005 : Photos from digital cameras are becoming increasingly popular. Everyone is talking about the boom in digital cameras, however, the greater changes are taking place in the way people are handling them. People are taking more photos than ever before: every third household in Germany already possesses a digital camera, and today, every second cell phone is also capable of making photographs. In light of the huge amount of images that is created in this way, the demand for prints on paper is growing. According to Fujifilm“s estimate, the number of prints from digital sources should be about three Billion photographs in 2005.
