Fujifilm PPLA Colour Printer Awards 2006 : Fujifilm has unveiled details of the PPLA Colour Printer Awards 2006, designed to reward the unsung heroes of the UK professional image industry. The prestigious awards scheme, which is entering into its 12th year, supports the work of both printers and professional labs and is a unique initiative. For 2006, Fujifilm is offering the overall PPLA award winner a unique prize which includes a comprehensive, month long marketing package worth £3,000 for the winning professional lab whilst still awarding the overall Colour printer of the year a cash prize of £1,000. The marketing package can include professional consultancy in public relations, advertising, direct marketing or design.

Fujifilm professional film wins Hot1 award : Fuji Photo Film USA, Inc. is pleased to announce that its Fujichrome Velvia 100 Professional, Fujicolor Pro 160S and Pro 160C Color Negative films and Fujicolor Crystal Archive Professional Paper Super Type C and Super Type PD are recipients of this year's Hot1 Awards presented by Professional Photographer Magazine.
