The website is the place to learn about the latest technologies, concepts and terminology before consumers head out to retail stores. In addition to educating consumers, CEA hopes to ease consumer confusion about technology and lessen returns by providing information before consumers even enter the store. Launched just in time for the holidays, the buying guide features everything from "how to buy a digital camera" to storing, printing and sharing digital photos.
