Another ultra-compact at the front; Olympus Japan unveils the Camedia AZ-1. This new stylish designed model features an internal 3x optical zoom lens like we have seen before with the DiMAGE X series, or like the latest Sony DSC-T11 we informed you about some days ago. The Camedia AZ-1 comes with the world's first Mobile ASV liquid crystal display which results in a very wide angle of view of almost 160?. This 2.5-inch large display has a resolution of 215,000 pixels and due to the new Mobile ASV LCD technology the contrast is about 3x higher than the ordinary displays.
