Eastman Kodak Company today introduced the Kodak Professional 1400 Digital Photo Printer, an affordable system for professional and Advanced Amateur photographers that delivers outstanding quality and durability of Kodak prints immediately. Whether in a studio or on location for proofing or at home for final printing and displaying, the robust desktop printer produces one 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12-inch), one 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10-inch), two 15 x 20 cm (6 x 8-inch), two13 x 18 cm (5 x 7-inch) or four 10 x 15 cm (4 x 6-inch) photos per sheet, and the water-resistant photos last a lifetime. The Kodak Professional paper and ribbon consumables are bundled in matched volumes to provide optimum colour density for every print.

Building on its highly successful line of Easyshare printer docks, Eastman Kodak Company today unveiled the Kodak Easyshare Printer Dock Plus. The new model (£199.99 RRP; available beginning this month) quickly and effortlessly makes real Kodak 4x6-inch pictures from nearly any digital source. People can wirelessly transmit pictures from their mobile phone cameras to the Printer Dock Plus, which also prints directly from digital cameras and memory cards -all without the need for a computer. Using the Printer Dock Plus, waterproof Kodak pictures can be printed at home with just a touch of a button, in as little as 60 seconds each. Thanks to Kodak Color Science technology, the device delivers pictures with vibrant, accurate colours.

Presenting an encore to last year's highly successful Kodak EasyShare printer dock introduction, Eastman Kodak Company today announced that its latest model is compatible with multiple brands of digital cameras. The new version, available worldwide beginning this June, incorporates PictBridge technology for connecting to other manufacturers' cameras, an optional external memory card reader, and a dedicated multi-function connector for Kodak EasyShare 600/6000 and 700/7000-series digital cameras. All connection options allow direct 4 x 6-inch thermal picture printing (full size and multiple images per sheet) with or without a computer. With the introduction of this new printer dock EasyShare camera owners will face another handy accessory.
