New HP Photosmart 733 digital camera listed

The new HP camera seems to be silently introduced or to be announced just before PMA kicks off, but in America this new model is already been placed on price lists of several distributors and resellers like Wal-Mart. The HP Photosmart is an affordable 3.2 Megapixel camera with pocket-size dimensions. This new model is also compatible with the HP Photosmart 8886 camera dock for easy image transfer to PC or Mac. This entry-level camera has a 1/2.7-inch CCD offering 3.2 Megapixels. The Photosmart 733 features a 3x optical zoom with an aperture of f2.6 in wide. The shutter Speed Range lays between 2 sec. and 1/1500, ISO range of 100, 200 and 400ISO and an automatic and manual setting of the aperture of f2.6 to f4.9 in wide.


Casio QV-R51 digital camera introduction

Olympus unveils Camedia C-760 Ultra Zoom camera

The CES event in Las Vegas has just started and we already kick off with one of the first camera introductions we will see during these days. Olympus designed an ultra small compact digital camera with an ultra zoom, the Camedia C-760 Ultra Zoom. In fact this is the world's smallest digital camera featuring a 10x optical zoom. Beside being ultra small the new C-760 has some pretty nice features on board; 3.2 Megapixels, Super Macro of 3cm, bright 10x optical zoom that includes two aspherical lenses plus an ED element, video with sound, USB 2.0 interface and only 280 grams of weight. If you are looking for a camera with 10x zoom, why not come to the founder of the ultra zoom range?


Nikon Coolpix 2200 and 3200 camera introduction

The CES show in Las Vegas is the right time for Nikon to introduce two new Coolpix digital cameras. The Coolpix series will be extended again with these cameras. The two new models are the successors of the Coolpix 2100 and 3100, two user-friendly, versatile digital cameras from the successful Coolpix assortment. This new duo is designed for the beginning photographer who is taking his or her first steps into digital photography, as well as for the more experienced user who is looking for a compact, easy to operate, but versatile camera. The entry-level model, the Coolpix 2200 has an effective image resolution of 2 Megapixels. The Coolpix 3200 is equipped with an image sensor that offers 3.2 effective Megapixels.


Panasonic unveils Lumix DMC-LC50 and DMC-LC70

During the CES show in Las Vegas Panasonic presented their new Lumix digital camera line for 2004. Among them are two new digital cameras, the DMC-LC50 and DMC-LC70. Compact and lightweight, models DMC-LC50 and DMC-LC70 are great for both the beginner and experienced photographer. The DMC-LC70 boasts a CCD with an effective pixel count of 4 Megapixels, and the DMC-LC50 has an effective pixel count of 3.2 Megapixels. Each offers 3x optical zoom; Panasonic's high-performance Venus Engine LSI; 8-1/2000 seconds shutter speed; MEGA BURST recording; QuickTime motion image recording and many more advanced features. The DMC-LC50 comes with a video cable while the DMC-LC70 includes an A/V cable.


Grandvision introduces two new digital cameras

Grandvision, a brand from Grantech (Asia), has introduced two new digital cameras, EZshot E5 and the EZshot S8. Both cameras are aimed at the entry-level market. The new EZshot E5 provides a 3-in1 solution; photo, movie and webcam, the EZshot S8 offers high resolution and an 8x optical zoom and both cameras will get an affordable price tag. The EZshot E5 is a stylish and palm-size model with a weight of 108 grams, the 3-in-1 device can function as well as digital camera, digital camcorder and web cam; the built-in 3.2 Megapixel 1/2” CMOS with a 4X digital zoom lens can reach a maximum resolution of 6.6 Megapixels (interpolated 2976 x 2232). The built-in 16MB flash memory and the SD Card slot are available to store all images or movies.
