Dennis Hissink : 2003-07-20 18:20:00
Delkin Devices Inc., maker of premium quality eFilm memory cards and other innovative products for camera stores worldwide, announced today that their eFilm PicturePAD is now shipping with a full version of Adobe’s new Photoshop Album 1.0 (a $50.00 value). Delkin's partnership with Adobe began in June of 2002, with the introduction of Delkin's PicturePAD. The PicturePAD featured a full version of Adobe’s Photoshop Elements included with every unit. The switch to Photoshop Album keeps Delkin’s commitment to provide digital photographers added value with the latest software complimenting the PicturePAD. Adobe Photoshop Album is a new fast and easy way to organize and share photos.

Efilm PicturePAD Now Supporting NEW RAW files

Dennis Hissink : 2003-07-20 18:03:56
Delkin Devices has announced that the new firmware for the eFilm PicturePAD is now able to recognize additional raw files for high-end SLR digital cameras. The eFilm PicturePAD is a mobile storage device for digital photographers with a built in hard drive for storing digital images and a color LCD screen for viewing them. The PicturePAD has always allowed the user to store and view the more common TIFF and JPEG files, but the RAW format has gained popularity recently among digital photography enthusiasts. Many photographers, especially professional, feel that the RAW format is the truest digital negative it can build, since it contains the full range of tone and color information captured by the camera.
