Dazzle TV Photo Show offers images display on TV

New Kodak digital camera accessories

Eastman Kodak Company today introduced a number of digital camera accessories designed to simplify picture taking and sharing, including a 6-in-1 memory card reader, travel kits, add-on lenses, and high capacity memory cards. The Kodak 6-in-1 Card Reader (US$34.95) is designed for people who own more than one type of digital camera and other electronics devices (e.g., PDAs, mobile phones). Its four-slot design accommodates SD Card , MultiMediaCard (MMC), CompactFlash (CF), Memory Stick, SmartMedia, and Microdrive cards, making it simple to rapidly transfer data to and from connected computer via USB High Speed (480Mb/second). The card reader is packaged with Kodak EasyShare software version 3.0 for effortless digital picture management.

The Program Flash 2500 (D) is compatible with the Dynax SLR film cameras, the DiMAGE 7 series digital cameras, as well as the new DiMAGE A1. The Program Flash 2500 (D) can use ADI (Advanced Distance Integration) metering, a sophisticated system for controlling flash exposures. This is available when using D series lenses with ADI compatible camera bodies. With conventional flash metering, dark or highly reflective subjects can deceive the metering system and cause over or underexposure.

"An outdoors enthusiast may want an extended zoom to capture far-off scenes. The international traveler requires various power plugs and a durable camera case. A person with multiple digital devices needs to transfer pictures and data from various memory cards.

Efilm PicturePAD Now Supporting NEW RAW files

Delkin Devices has announced that the new firmware for the eFilm PicturePAD is now able to recognize additional raw files for high-end SLR digital cameras. The eFilm PicturePAD is a mobile storage device for digital photographers with a built in hard drive for storing digital images and a color LCD screen for viewing them. The PicturePAD has always allowed the user to store and view the more common TIFF and JPEG files, but the RAW format has gained popularity recently among digital photography enthusiasts. Many photographers, especially professional, feel that the RAW format is the truest digital negative it can build, since it contains the full range of tone and color information captured by the camera.


Casio launches waterproof case for Exilim cameras
