EURO 2008 photos taken with Panasonic TZ50

 Panasonic Lumix TZ50 test photos : I was one of the fortunate people to be live in the stadium in Switzerland watching the First EURO 2008 football match of the Dutch and Italian team. No one can deny it being a wonderful match, even the people who didn't see it. Whilst watching the game, I was allowed to take a small compact camera and take some pictures with the Panasonic LUMIX TZ50. The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TZ50 is a special Megazoom compact camera with built-in wireless functionality. It is quite interesting to see how the camera manufacturer responds to mobile photography and its powerful wireless function. For the moment, the Panasonic TZ50 is available in the United States.

As for its housing and specifications, the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TZ50 resembles the LUMIX TZ5, a model I tested not so long ago. The Panasonic TZ50 distinguishes itself because of its WiFi function. Mega O.I.S. reduces jitter caused by handheld pictures and Intelligent ISO Control prevents fading due to movement of the subject. The Intelligent Scene Selector selects the correct scene mode automatically from an overview of the scene modes that are most frequently used, such as Portrait, Landscape, Macro, Night portrait and Night landscape.
Sharp EURO 2008 photos thanks to Continuous AF
Thanks to the Continuous AF system, the camera is able to start focussing on the subject without you having to press the shutter release button half-way down. This ensures the best results for every photo moment while the Auto Focus time is reduced to the minimum. Once in iA-mode these multifunctional functions are automatically activated, allowing the user to take pictures without having to adjust the settings to the varying circumstances thus making photographing easy and flawless in every situation.
Photos EURO 2008 Nederland - Italië football match
The Panasonic LUMIX TZ 50 test photos were taken in Montreux, Lausagne and Bern during the EURO 2008 football match Holland - Italy with the Dutch team dominating the field and winning the game, beating the Italians by 3 - 0. The sample camera used is a so-called full production model and the photos should be judged accordingly. The photos have been reduced to enable correct reproduction and compressed to ensure a faster loading time. Click on the photos for the original, unedited Panasonic DMC-TZ50 photos.
