Canon DVD Burner DW-100 : Canon announces the DW-100, a new standalone DVD burner that is compatible with the HF10, HF100, FS11, FS10 and FS100 - and the HDD HG10. Ideal for sharing and archiving movies, the Canon DW-100 allows users to burn AVCHD and Standard Definition movies to ordinary 12cm discs without the need for a computer. Effortlessly easy to use, it also doubles as an AVCHD disc player when connected to a compatible camcorder. With a simple, three-button interface, the DW-100 puts the emphasis on ease-of-use. Once connected to the camcorder via a USB 2.0 Hi Speed cable, users have three burn options - copy the camcorder’s entire contents, archive new and changed files, or copy a personal playlist (created in-camera).
