 LG KU990 Viewty Mobile Phone : Every day we think we’re ready, packed and set to go and cover the IFA 2007 show in Berlin live from the show floor. And every time there is another new mobile phone out there that needs our attention. This time it is the so called “Apple iPhone killer” from LG, the LG KU990. According to information that is not confirmed by LG or Vodafone we may expect the LG KU990 to be accompanied by Vodafone in the UK. The LG 990 is a mobile camera phone with a high sensor resolution of 5 Megapixels, image stabilisation, Schneider-Kreuznach lens and a XENON flash. Furthermore expect auto focus, 3G HSDPA, 170MB internal memory, a 240 x 400 touchscreen and a high sensitivity setting for the enthusiastic photographer.

Just like its stylish and fashionable brother, the Prada, the LG KU990 camera phone is almost without any buttons, only a large format 3-inch touchscreen with QVGA resolution and 262.000 pixels needs to do the job. Until we got our hands on the LG phone we cannot conclude anything. However first information gives us something to look forward to during our trip to the IFA show in Berlin, Germany. Further not confirmed information about the LG KU990 mobile phone; HSDPA, EDGE, Bluetooth with A2DP, FM radio, 170MB internal memory and a card slot with microSD support. At least up to 2GB, but probably also support for the microSDHC flash memory card. This card comes in a minimum storage capacity of 4GB! The LG KU990 Mobile Phone has very compact dimensions of only 103.5 x 54.4 x 14.8 mm and a weight of 112 gram.
