Think Tank PhotoCamera bag designed by photographers : Are you tired of choosing between convenience and comfort in your camera bag? Are there shoots where you want a belt pack one moment and a shoulder bag the next? To solve this design challenge, and to give photographers even greater flexibility, we have created the Change Up. This one bag changes form as a belt pack or shoulder bag, and even rests on your chest when supported by the enclosed chest harness system. The wide, supportive waist belt allows photographers to wear this belt pack either lower or higher on the front of the body, or on the side of the hip. The chest/shoulder strap provided with the Change Up supports the weight of the bag, while allowing it to be rotated around the body.

The new Change Up camera bag allows photographers to adjust the weight from their shoulders to their hips, and move the bag along their waists with ease. "After tucking away the waist belt when used as a belt pack, one shoulder strap can be used so that it appears to be a regular shoulder bag," said Doug Murdoch, Think Tank Photo founder and lead designer. "This is why we called it the Change Up. It can appear to be used for one purpose and then be changed very easily for another. Cameras such as the Nikon D200 or the Canon 5D without the bottom battery grips attached can be put straight down into the bag with a lens attached."

Think Tank Photo camera bag design
12 respected photographers have joined our new Design Board. These luminaries have agreed to provide Think Tank Photo's designers with their carrying solution needs, insights into what's working and what's not, and the challenges they face in carrying a wide variety of complex and often heavy photographic equipment in different settings.

Camera bag designs - Photographers needs
"When we started Think Tank Photo, we vowed to eliminate all the bureaucracy normally separating photographers from designers, such as sales and marketing people," said Doug Murdoch. "The Design Board allows us to not only create products that photographers really need, but to expedite the process significantly.

Camera Change Up bag - Feedback of photographers
"We're honored to have these 12 highly regarded photographers testing current and new products and advising us on what we should be developing in the future. With the Design Board, we believe we've significantly sped up the process of getting feedback directly from photographers who are actively shooting on a day to day basis."
