 Canon number one in Office Copier market : Canon USA, Inc., has been named number one in brand loyalty within the "Office Copier" category, by Brand Key’s Customer Loyalty Engagement Index. New York-based marketing consultancy Brand Keys publishes its Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, which surveys 24,000 adult Americans every year to determine the brands that own a majority stake in customer loyalty - defining their potential for market growth. “Canon is honored to be recognized for our dedication to serving our growing customer base with office copier solutions that meet their needs and deliver customer satisfaction - for the seventh year in a row,” said Tod Pike, senior vice president, Imaging Systems Group, Canon USA.
