LaCieLaCie names New Vice President of US Sales : LaCie is proud to announce that Jim Davis has joined the company as Vice President of US Sales. Mr. Davis will be responsible for building a diversified sales team that will broaden specialty hard drives, storage solutions and monitors with channel partners and end users throughout the United States. Most recently, Mr. Davis was Worldwide Head of Sales for Planar Systems’ Home Theater Business Unit, where he was responsible for building channels of distribution to more than 40 counties around the world. Prior to Planer Systems, he served as Worldwide Senior Director, US Commercial Sales for InFocus Corporation and various management positions within Sony Electronics Inc.

Mr. Davis holds a BS in mass communications from Towson State University, and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
