 Minox DC 6033 WP : Minox introduces the DC 6033 WP camera. The new Minox DC 6033 WP makes a new way of digital photography possible. Its solid and up to 10 meters waterproof housing can resist any dusts, water, sand or salt and is therefore the perfect digital camera for outdoor photography. But the Minox DC6033 WP is not only meant to be for the extreme sportsman and outdoor activities; the camera also functions perfect in the heavy industry. The outdoor photographer can take the Minox 6033WP with him during canyoning, on the beach or during diving and sailing. The Minox DC 6033WP comes with two AA batteries, a case, USB cable and CD-ROM with software. The Minox DC6033 will be available on the German market for €229.

Minox DC 6033WP camera - Lens
The new Minox 6033WP compact camera is equipped with a 6 Megapixel CCD sensor and a high quality MINOCTAR lens with a fixed focal length of 42mm (35mm format equivalent). The Minox DC 6033 is able to focus from a minimal distance of 60 cm (macro mode) and can blow up the image by using its digital zoom feature. Its housing is weighing approximately 230 g and has dimensions of only 78 x 120 x 43 mm. Furthermore the Minox DC6033 incorporates a 2-inch TFT display.
Minox DC 6033 WP compact camera - White balance and Scenes
The built-in flash of the camera fires automatically or by choice of scene. Several programmes like Underwater, Portrait, Sports, Landscape and Night mode give the photographer enough creative freedom to capture all-round motives. The automatic mode makes sure that even the beginning photographer with no experience at all is able to shoot their favorite moment. Both ISO and white balance can be adjusted manual or operate automatic.
Minox 6033 WP digital camera - USB and PictBridge
Beside capture still images the Minox DC 6033 WP is able to record video clips or function as a webcam. The Minox 6033 WP camera incorporates a 16MB internal memory and a memory slot for Secure Digital flash memory cards up to 2GB storage capacity. To ensure quick data transfer the Minox DC6033 WP features a USB interface and support for PictBridge.
