Digital cameras & camera phones
“The level of sophistication of image processing taking place inside digital cameras and mobile camera phones continues to significantly grow,” said Eran Steinberg, CEO, FotoNation Inc. “By offering our customers a hybrid of hardware components coupled with firmware, we commit parts of the overall design to silicon. This allows us to maximize the performance of our embedded imaging solutions, while still maintaining a high level of design and algorithmic flexibility through the software component.”
