BenQ DC P860 : BenQ introduces a new digital addition to its camera line up, the BenQ DC P860 digital camera. BenQ has made some interesting announcement for consumers who are looking for an entry-level digital camera with a high resolution. BenQ offers a complete line up of cameras and the introduction of the BenQ P860 completes it. The camera incorporates a 8 Megapixel CCD image sensor and a powerful 6x optical zoom. The zoom lens of the BenQ P860 has a focal range of 37 - 222mm (equiv. 35mm camera). The back of the BenQ DC P860 camera features a large 2.5-inch LCD display. Today the BenQ's series of digital cameras offers 3-8 Megapixels of resolution, all targeted to easy-of-use entry-level digital photographers.

The large 2.5-inch LCD display offers a high resolution of 153,600 pixels and enables the digital photographer to view and share his captured moments. The BenQ DC P860 digital compact camera is also to record short AVI video clips (640 x 480 pixels/ 30 frames per second) with sound. The BenQ P860 camera comes with a 18MB internal memory and supports Secure Digital and SDHC flash memory cards. At this moment there is no official information about a price or date of availability.
