ArcSoftArcSoft Panorama Maker 4 Pro : ArcSoft, Inc. announced the release of ArcSoft Panorama Maker 4 Pro at the PMA 2007 Convention. ArcSoft Panorama Maker 4 Pro is for professional quality photostitching - turning any series of overlapping photos into a gorgeous panoramic image. While the application is similar to ArcSoft Panorama Maker, the newly released Pro version of the software is designed for professionals and sophisticated hobbyists and includes extensive manual fine-tuning options. “Panorama Maker Pro takes our existing photostitching technology and gives users much more control of the resulting panorama image,” said Michael Downs, ArcSoft Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Michael Dows added: “While our Panorama Maker 4 standard version offers impressive results automatically, our professional and enthusiast users have asked for more advanced control over panorama creation. We’re excited to have this application join PhotoStudio Darkroom and Cut-It-Out in our expanding line of high-end photo editing technology products.” Panorama Maker Pro provides extensive RAW format support and can create horizontal, vertical, 360°, and tiled (4x4) panorama images. It automatically orders and stitches photos, then allows users to manually align the stitching points and adjust the stitching path to create seamless results. Fine-tuned control for adjusting brightness and contrast and the ability to add frames, titles, and copyright information help make the stitched pictures perfect for sharing or publishing.
